Pakistan A won the semi-final against Sri Lanka A by 60 runs in the ongoing ACC Emerging Asia Cup, sealing their place for the final on July 23.
The Green Shirts will face the winners of the other semi-final, which is being played between Bangladesh A and India A.
Chasing a target of 323, the home team was bowled out for 262 in 45.4 overs.
Fast bowler Arshad Iqbal was the bowler of choice for Pakistan with figures of 5–37.
For the winning team, Mubasir Khan and Sufiyan Mukim took two wickets each.
Sahan Arachige and Avishka Fernando scored 97 for Sri Lanka but it was not enough to secure victory for their team.
Earlier, half-centuries from Omar Bin Yusuf and captain Mohammad Haris helped Pakistan A reach 322 against Sri Lanka A.
The Pakistan cricket team was bowled out for 322 on the last ball of the innings after opting to bat first in Colombo.
Omair scored 88 runs in 79 balls with the help of 10 fours and a six. Meanwhile, Haris played a quickfire 43-ball 52 which included five fours.
Mubasir Khan and Tayyab Tahir scored 42 and 26 respectively.
Mohammad Wasim Jr provided the momentum at the end of the innings with a 17-ball 24. He hit two sixes and a four.
Chamika Karunaratne, Pramod Madushan and Lahiru Samrakoon took two wickets each for Sri Lanka.
The final of the event will be held in Colombo on Sunday, 23 July.
